Long gap while Christmas and New year kinda took over!
had a really lovely Christmas and ,, with lovely gifts  three of which are definitely going to help me to realise my dream of a slimmer me! I got a fat free grill , a new microwave and a blender! So back on the My Fitness Pal  and really stuck  to my strict calorie allowance for the past 5 days  and on my weigh in day today was back to my pre- Christmas weight!
My new regime is being as active as possible and to have either a fruit smoothie for breakfast  or a normal breakfast  and a smoothie or homemade soup for lunch and a normal dinner.  so am getting really good food with no preservatives or additives and more than my five a day of fruit and veg, All calories counted and have bought a pedometer to Count my steps as a deterrent to just sitting around , That means I can make sure I do at least 2000 steps even on the days when  i can't get out!
 REALLY DETERMINED TO GET BACK DOWN TO MY PRE ACCIDENT WEIGHT AND STAY THERE THIS TIME!
